The popular misconception that people with an Autism Spectrum Disorder cannot relate to or believe in God is not true. The human spirit is not Autistic.

The reasons why people on the autism spectrum either don’t come to church or fail to thrive spiritually at church is because in part the church does not meet their needs appropriately, making it harder for them to understand faith.

Did you know that 1 in 44 people have an autism spectrum disorder (CDC)

If you have over 45 people in your church, statistically, you will have a person in your church on the autism spectrum. Generally, more than one person in the family will be on the autism spectrum as well.

Let me help you understand what it is like to live in a family where autism spectrum disorders are present and how your church can learn to reach out and minister to this untapped harvest.

Many families experiencing neurodiversity shut themselves off, living in isolation because of a lack of understanding. Jesus said to go into ALL the world.

ASD Training for Churches.

We provide in-person training and online workshops that are tailor-made to your church and help you to gain understanding so that your church becomes more inclusive of people who are neurodiverse.

You will learn what it means and takes to have a neurodiverse-friendly church, what it feels like to be neurodiverse and how someone presents in different situations. Our training can help you work together to build an inclusive church for your congregation.

“Autism is a great leveller so those of us who care for someone on the spectrum understand each other and the many challenges that we face and can support and encourage each other, it’s really like speaking a different language sometimes, one that requires much patience and unconditional love.

Betty Ross flew to England to meet up with the UK members of our support group - she and I have remained strong friends ever since. She is an amazing lady with passion and huge commitment to increase understanding and help for people on the Autistic Spectrum, their families and their future employers,  not  only in Australia, but around the world
